Delete your account

Breathland is made by Renaissance Systems. You can delete your account and all your data at any time.

In the app

Preferences (the profile icon on Home), then Account & privacy, then Delete account and all data, and confirm. It happens at once.

By email

If you can't use the app, write to hello@accustom.app from the email address you signed in with, asking us to delete your account. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, include the address shown in the app under Preferences, Account & privacy, Signed in. We do it within 7 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in (Firebase Authentication). If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the app's access to your Apple ID.
• Your progress, preferences and session history (the documents kept for you in Cloud Firestore).
• RevenueCat's record of your purchases.
• The app's copy of your data on the phone you delete from.

What is kept

Nothing by us, apart from our server's short-lived logs, which are cleared within about 30 days. Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchase. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first, so you're not charged again.

Deleting some data, and keeping your account

To delete part of your data, such as your session history, write to hello@accustom.app from the email address you signed in with and tell us what to delete. We do it within 7 days and reply when it's done. Your ridges, streak and open lands stay as they are unless you ask us to reset them too.

Your reminder lives only on your phone: turn it off in Preferences, Sessions.
